It anticipates and responds to a variety of consumer questions regarding HVAC heat pumps and provides targeted sales training for client-facing staff and contractors. This course also delves into key installation hurdles contractors face when replacing an existing system with a new HVAC heat pump system, including ductwork, MERV-13 filtration, electrical panel upgrades, cold weather performance, and more.
