Air Handling Systems Efficiency

Prerequisite: Air Handling Systems

Course Description: Students of this course will learn how to minimize the cost of large, commercial central air handling systems while keeping the facility comfortable. Major topics include air handling system components and design, ventilation strategies, adjustable speed-drives, economizers, and other efficiency opportunities. This course includes (2) instructor-led sessions, plus access to online/on-demand resources.

Audience: Technicians, engineers, facility maintenance personnel, and HVAC professionals.

  • Evaluate the differences between variable and constant air volume systems
